TUOTEG Return and Exchange Policy

TUOTEG accepts returns of bikes, parts and accessories two weeks or 14 days from the date of receipt. To process a return, please contact TUOTEG customer support via telephone 612-325-1630 or email gregg.emfield@gmail.com

Non-returnable Items

  • Apparel: hats, shirts, multi-bands
  • Lithium ion batteries
  • Discounted or sale items may not be eligible for return. Please contact TUOTEG customer support via telephone 612-325-1630 or email gregg.emfield@gmail.com

Exchanges

  • Payment for purchases is processed immediately after the order is placed
  • Changes to bike models, sizes, or colors must be made prior to the order being shipped. Orders are typically processed and shipped same-day
  • Changes after shipping will be subject to a 15% processing fee, in addition to shipping costs
  • Free shipping does not apply to exchange items
  • A TUOTEG provided Return Authorization is required prior to shipping. Please contact TUOTEG Customer Support to begin the return process via telephone 612-325-1630 or email gregg.emfield@gmail.com

Returns & Cancellations

  • Payment for purchases is processed immediately after the order is placed.
  • Orders can be cancelled prior to shipping for a full refund. Orders are typically processed and shipped same-day
  • Orders cancelled after shipping are subject to a 15% restocking fee, in addition to shipping costs
  • The product must be returned unused, in its original packaging with all parts and sub-assemblies included

Warranty

  • Returns of equipment deemed to be defective are covered under our TUOTEG Limited Warranty

Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Please use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure receipt
